Dear Yoga Life Community
Happy Holidays to everyone from YogaLife NH! Alice, Allison and Carter wish you a warm and wonderful holiday. We are busy planning and creating opportunities for our community to gather and learn together in the New Year! Might you consider giving yourself or others the gift of community, connection and self-care?
Satsang is a Sanskrit term derived from two roots: sat meaning "true’"and sangha meaning community, company or association. It refers to the act of gathering with like-minded, uplifting people, especially those on a spiritual path.
The YogaLife teacher training team values the importance of community in helping us all stay true to the yogic path and in supporting ongoing learning. As such, we are pleased to introduce two new monthly Satsangs where we can connect, learn, be inspired and create community.
Opportunity #1: Introduction to Meditation Series

Some of you may have read these books before and we invite you to reconnect with the material. Revisiting core yogic texts, especially when shared through discussion with others on the path, can bring deeper insights into the material, helping us to integrate them more fully into our practice and our lives.
Sessions will be held via Zoom and will be led by the YogaLife Teacher Training Team (Alice Bentley, Allison Parks Dugas and Carter Siegel). CEUs (Continuing Education Credits) are available upon request.
You can pay by Venmo @Alice-Bentley-5 or by sending a check made out to YogaLife Institute of NH Teacher Training to 3 Pine Street, Exeter, NH 03833.
